Hi, I’m Inge, a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of experience helping people navigate aging and life transitions with a holistic, preventative mindset. I created this space to share what I’ve learned about mental wellness, stress relief, mindful nutrition and the daily practices that support lifelong health: inside and out.
If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or out of balance, I hope this space offers you the support and clarity you’ve been looking for. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more resilient, and more connected to your own vitality.
My path here has been a winding one. I was born in Austria and immigrated to the United States at age four. I spent my childhood moving several times between the East and West coast. At age 27 I started a medical transcription business, which I ran while earning my nursing and nurse practitioner degrees from Arizona State University. Along the way, I pursued yoga teacher certification and became a meditation teacher, following my growing love for mind-body wellness.
I also studied culinary nutrition and discovered a passion for supporting the body with healing, whole foods. Herbal teas and natural remedies became part of my everyday life, and part of what I share with others.
In my current work as a nurse practitioner, I integrate holistic approaches to care. I believe healing happens in connection: with ourselves, with one another, and with nature. My deepest hope is that Serene Life Way becomes a place where you can return again and again, to feel supported, to learn something new, and to rediscover your own sense of calm, clarity, and wholeness.
Simple, evidence-based practices for whole-body wellness.

My first reaction? Honestly, it wasn’t peaceful. It was the kind of sudden, jarring disruption that puts your nervous […]

I had a friend tell me something last week that stopped me in my tracks. She said, “I feel like I’m drowning in other people’s thoughts.” She’s 67, retired from teaching, and spends hours each day scrolling through news apps, checking Facebook, watching YouTube videos about gardening (her passion), and texting with her grandchildren. All […]
