Psychiatric Evaluation & Medication Management

This service includes a thorough evaluation of your mental, physical, and emotional health—reviewing your medical history, past treatments, lifestyle, and more to develop a care plan that truly fits you.

If medication is part of your treatment, I’ll guide you through options with care and clarity. As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I’m licensed to prescribe but take a conservative, holistic approach—always aiming for the least intervention needed and working with you to find what feels right.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy offers a supportive space to explore challenges, uncover patterns, and create meaningful change. It can stand alone or be part of a broader treatment plan that includes medication.

Together, we’ll work to identify what’s no longer serving you and build new ways of thinking, feeling, and moving through life. Sessions are 50 minutes and are most effective when attended weekly or bi-weekly.
